Healthy Lifestyle to the MAX! This was the health campaign of the DOH!
As the time goes by, everybody are aware with regards the present health status of everybody, due to the daily food we eat, the life expectancy of a person was affected.
On the present time, junkfoods, softdrinks, and instant meals are very popular, everybody loves to eat those kind of food. We don't know because of the preservatives that are present with in it, it may kill our body slowly that causes for us to die at the early age.
Lifestyle diseases can be obtained due to the lifestyle we have in our present time. As Coun. Salada, Brgy. Thats the reason why Sister Celestial, O.P. said "...You will be in heaven soon!."
65-75 years-old is the longest life expectancy on the present time, before the youngest death age of a person is 95 y.o., too far from the present youngest age of 65 years-old. This happens because of the evolution of Technology and Lifestyle.
